Cancellation and Refunds
If your reservation is cancelled before 1pm, two days before your arrival date you will receive a refund less $15 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 1pm, two days before your arrival date will be charged 1
night site rental
Cancellation Protection - Receive a full refund of
your reservations fees up until 1pm on your arrival date. This protection will provide a piece of mind if an unforeseen event such as illness, tire failure, weather, etc. prevents you from arriving to the campground on you planned date & time. To redeem, just call the campground before 1pm central time on your arrival date and a full refund will be provided except for the Cancellation Protection fee. What's more, if you have to depart before your departure date you will also get a full refund of your unused days. Again, you must notify the campground before 1pm to receive a refund for the current day as well as subsequent days. Note: Cancellation Protection can only be purchased during initial reservation booking. The protection costs $5 +tax per number of reservation days. ($7 +tax per day for cabin rentals) Example: 3-day reservation you must purchase a quantity of 3 which would total $15 +tax
1000kW included with monthly rate. If usage is over 1000kW, additional charge of 13.5 cents per Kw added to monthly rent. Or, you may choose to add an additional $100 to monthly rent for unlimited electric
